2. What data we process

Depending on the contact and use of our website, we process in particular the following categories of personal data:

• Kontaktdaten: First and last name, address or place of residence, email address, telephone number.
• Enquiry and order data: Details of your request, desired products (pleated blinds, curtains, roller blinds), measurements, preferred appointments and availability.
• Contract and processing data: Details of the consultation, order, installation and invoicing.
• Technische Daten: IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser and operating system used (see section 5).

• answering your enquiries and carrying out the free home consultation;
• providing our services (consultation, custom manufacture, delivery and installation) and processing contracts;
• arranging appointments and other correspondence;

Depending on the case, the processing is based on contract performance or pre-contractual measures, on your consent, on legal obligations and on our overriding legitimate interest in efficient and secure business operations.

4. Contact and consultation enquiries

When you fill in our contact form or contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, carry out a consultation or an order. Completing the fields marked with «*» is necessary to be able to process your enquiry; further details are voluntary. Without this information we may not be able to process your enquiry, or not fully.

Kundenverwaltung. For efficient processing we store your enquiries and orders (e.g. sample, fabric or configurator orders) in an internal customer profile that we associate with your email address. This allows us to track the status of your enquiry and to contact you by phone or email with follow-up questions — for example after a sample order. The legal basis is the processing of your enquiry and our legitimate interest in proper customer care.

Newsletter / Werbung. Provided you have expressly given your consent for this (a separate, non-pre-selected box), we use your email address to occasionally send you tips, promotions and news. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future – via the unsubscribe link or informally to info@vinelly.ch.

Satisfaction and review requests. After an order we may send you an email asking for feedback on your satisfaction and giving you the opportunity to leave a public review. This is based on our legitimate interest in improving our services. A review is of course voluntary.

5. Cookies and server log files

When you visit our website, so-called server log files are automatically recorded by the hosting provider (including IP address, time of access, page visited, browser type). This data serves exclusively the technically flawless operation, security and stability of the website and is not merged with other data sources.

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for functionality. Should we use analytics or marketing services in the future that use non-essential cookies, we obtain your consent in advance. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website at the time applies. We recommend that you read this policy again from time to time.
