Depending on the case, the processing is based on contract performance or pre-contractual measures, on your consent, on legal obligations and on our overriding legitimate interest in efficient and secure business operations.
When you fill in our contact form or contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, carry out a consultation or an order. Completing the fields marked with «*» is necessary to be able to process your enquiry; further details are voluntary. Without this information we may not be able to process your enquiry, or not fully.
Kundenverwaltung. For efficient processing we store your enquiries and orders (e.g. sample, fabric or configurator orders) in an internal customer profile that we associate with your email address. This allows us to track the status of your enquiry and to contact you by phone or email with follow-up questions — for example after a sample order. The legal basis is the processing of your enquiry and our legitimate interest in proper customer care.
Newsletter / Werbung. Provided you have expressly given your consent for this (a separate, non-pre-selected box), we use your email address to occasionally send you tips, promotions and news. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future – via the unsubscribe link or informally to info@vinelly.ch.
