How to plan panel curtains for the school
In educational spaces, what counts first is glare and sun protection. Reflections on the blackboard, whiteboard or projected image make lessons harder, direct sun heats up classrooms. Panel curtains dim the light over a large area and evenly — depending on the fabric, from a light sun filter to strongly darkening qualities for presentations.
The second point is the surface area. School windows are often wide and tall. Multi-track panel-curtain rails guide several panels side by side and thus cover large fronts in one calm image. To open, the panels slide over one another to save space — without folds, without heaps of fabric.
A third advantage is the Room division. As a free-standing rail solution, the panel curtain divides multipurpose rooms, halls or open learning spaces into zones when needed — for group work, supervision or events — and then frees up the space completely again.
At the Fabric safety takes priority in commercial projects: for schools with fire-protection requirements we clarify flame-retardant qualities (e.g. to B1) in the project. We also plan operation and installation so that the systems are robust and easy to handle in everyday school life — on request we measure and install outside teaching hours.
- Large-area glare & sun protection for classrooms and assembly hall
- Multi-track rails: wide fronts covered in calm panels
- Usable as a room divider — create zones and free them up again
- Flame-retardant fabrics (e.g. B1) on request · measuring & installation
