Official 5-year warranty from LEHA GmbH to print and keep (PDF, 1 page).
Within the warranty period we remedy demonstrable material, manufacturing and functional defects free of charge by repair or replacement. Spare parts are available in the long term. The warranty period begins on the delivery date or — for the installation warranty — on the date the installation was completed.
Prerequisite: proper handling in accordance with the instructions
The warranty requires — as with LEHA — proper and appropriate handling of the product. For the warranty to apply, the product and installation must be handled in accordance with the enclosed instructions:
Installation in accordance with the mounting instructions: Fixing must be carried out professionally and on a suitable, load-bearing surface in accordance with the respective mounting instructions. If installed by vinelly, we take care of this for you.
Operation in accordance with the operating instructions: The product must be operated as intended and without the use of force.
Care in accordance with the care instructions: Cleaning and care must be carried out gently and in accordance with the care instructions (e.g. dusting with a soft brush, stains only with a lightly damp cloth and a mild agent, do not rub).
Intended use: The products are designed for indoor use and are not suitable for outdoor areas or open or partially glazed canopies.
Not covered by the warranty
Damage due to improper handling, operation or care contrary to the enclosed instructions.
Damage due to self-performed or improper installation, a faulty surface or structural alterations.
Use of force, accidents, weather influences and outdoor use.
Normal wear as well as colour and material changes due to prolonged sunlight.
Minor, manufacturing-related deviations that are usual and reasonable for the respective product.
