Was bedeutet „verspannt“?
With a verspannten Pleated blind an operating cord runs over Spannschuhe on the side of the fabric. This keeps the pleated fabric under slight tension between the upper and lower profile rails. The pleated blind stays at any desired height – without a chain, without a weight. LEHA offers this design as VS2.
Ideal for sloping roofs and special windows
Because the fabric is guided and tensioned, it can also be mounted at an angle or overhead without sagging:
- Roof windows and sloping roofs
- Gable and trapezoidal windows
- Windows where the blind should sit precisely in several positions
The tensioned system is also popular on vertical windows because the fabric lies close and calm in front of the glass.
Operation
It is controlled via the operating cord and the handle. The upper and lower profiles can – depending on the version – be moved freely, so you can dose light and view precisely: open at the top, closed at the bottom or vice versa.
